Information sent through the website is used to understand the enquiry and reply with a suitable next step.
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type, optional phone number, optional learner age or year group, and a short message. Please do not send reports, assessment documents, or other sensitive files through the form.
Enquiry information is used only to respond to the message and discuss services. Website form submissions are processed through SplitForms so the enquiry can be delivered to Jen. Information is not sold, used for unrelated marketing, or shared unless needed to provide the service or meet a legal duty.
Parents, carers, schools, and professionals should share only the details needed for the first enquiry. Jen can explain what further information is needed before any assessment or support begins.
